How we use the API

Feedback Manager CRM is a CRM tool for SMEs. We strictly adhere to the API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our integration flow:

  • Authentication: Business owners authenticate via standard OAuth 2.0. We request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope.
  • Data Fetching: We fetch locations (accounts.locations.list) and recent reviews (accounts.locations.reviews.list) to display on the user's private dashboard.
  • Auto-Reply Feature & Content Safety: Our backend uses AI to draft context-aware responses (accounts.locations.reviews.reply). Our AI prompts strictly block spam (URLs/promotions), prevent hate speech, and ensure non-repetitive, highly relevant replies that comply with Google's Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.
  • Security: We do NOT store Google passwords. We only store OAuth tokens securely. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.
