Feedback Manager CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you use Feedback Manager CRM, we may collect the following types of information:

Account Information: Your name, email address (nguyenthituyett201@gmail.com), phone number (0939730363), and business details required to create your account.
Google Business Profile Data: With your explicit consent via OAuth 2.0, we access your Google Maps reviews, business location details, and reply on your behalf. We DO NOT store your Google password.
Customer Feedback Data: Feedback submitted by your customers via our QR code system (including phone numbers if provided voluntarily).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Feedback Manager CRM service (e.g., fetching and auto-replying to Google Maps reviews).
To notify you of negative feedback via Email/Zalo alerts.
To improve our AI response algorithms (data is anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable information).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners. Data fetched from Google APIs is never shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Security & Limited Use

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures (such as SSL encryption) to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our site.

Our application strictly follows the "Limited Use" requirements of Google APIs. The data we retrieve from Google Business Profile API is used solely for the purpose of providing the review management features within our app.

5. Your Rights & Revoking Access

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Furthermore, you can revoke Feedback Manager CRM's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account's Security settings (Third-party apps with account access).
